NICE Pressurized Stainless Steel Filter Housing
Pressurized stainless steel filter meets general purpose of industrial and commercial needs.
All wetted and welded surfaces are stainless steel.
The NICE pressurized stainless steel filter Housing are designed to accommodate up to 7 cartridges in sizes of 10”, 20”, 30”, & 40” lengths, DOE style. External surface are polished for a consistent, easy care finish.
The housings are applicable to most Pureflo cartridges.
The pressurized stainless steel filter housing is also available to fit a single 20” length, 4.5” Big Blue cartridge.
Spring seal assemblies are used in the housing to cater for the use of 9 ¾” to 10” modular cartridges, allowing flexibility on usage of filter.
The maximum operating pressure and temperature is the rating for the housing only.
The filter cartridges capabilities will dictates process limits.
When sizing a filter, the amount of contaminant to be removed needs to be considered in addition to the flow rate and desired pressure drop. Lower initial pressure drop enhances filter cartridges life.
