PP Big Blue has a polypropylene core, 27.8 mm inner diameter and 114.3 mm (4.5 inch) outer diameter. Catalogue limits: 75–80°C and 115 psi.

End connections and ordering

Double open end (DOE) is the standard blank suffix. Single open end (SOE) options: SOE3 — 222 O-ring and flat cap; SOE7 — 226 O-ring and spear; SOE8 — 222 O-ring and spear. O-ring suffixes: N — nitrile; P — PVC; S — silicone; V — Viton.

Ordering structure: media + micron rating − length + core + optional end/O-ring suffix. Catalogue examples: PP5-20PP SOE3P — polypropylene, 5 micron, 20 inch, polypropylene core, 222 PVC O-ring and flat cap; CT5-20TS — cotton, 5 micron, 20 inch, tinned steel core; PP5-20BB — 5 micron, 20 inch Big Blue. DF-style example: DF1-10PP, 1 micron, 10 inch.

Standard PP/cotton ordering lengths include 5, 9.875, 10, 19.5, 20, 29.25, 29.5, 29.75, 30, 39 and 40 inches. Check non-standard combinations with the team.

Packaging

Cartridges are individually bagged: 120 mm (4.75 inch), 60 per carton; 254 mm (10 inch), 30 per carton; 20, 30 and 40 inch, 15 per carton.
